We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to join our Business Development Team. Our Business Development team seeks out strategic partnerships, wherein professionals refer their clients to us for financing. The ideal candidate will be expected to identify and source prospective partners to further expand the company’s referral partnership network. This is an excellent growth opportunity where one can secure a prosperous, professional career.  Previous experience is not required, as we provide extensive training, education, and ongoing support.  This is an entry level sales position with opportunity to grow beyond this role, with an earning potential of over $200k a year.

We are looking for a top performer who will respond positively to mentorship from a successful, driven, and proven management team. If you are “comfortable” at your current level in life, this job is NOT for you. The candidate must present well, be likeable, and be comfortable communicating over the phone.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to assist with the inbound distribution to our internal and external sales teams. This position will manage a heavy call volume, and digital web applications. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator works directly with the sales and marketing teams managing leads, reporting conversions, assisting in pipeline management, and follow up.

This is an IN OFFICE role Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm).

We are looking for a highly proficient, organized, result driven, Marketing Manager to join our team! The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the project management of departmental tasks and projects working alongside the CMO. This position touches all aspects of marketing from website, SEO content, paid digital, email, social, webinar, events and much more. He/she will work closely with all departments within the company ensuring deadlines and expectations are met and executed.

This is an IN OFFICE role Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience managing a marketing team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to problem solve and execute
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience using/integrating Marketing Automation Tools; ie. Eloqua, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Familiar with basic WordPress functionality
  • Creative and technical mindset
  • Understanding and experience with Adobe Suite, Canva and design tools
  • Experience with Analytics and basic reporting
