Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and well-connected
Director of Vendor Relationships to lead the growth of our equipment financing portfolio by bringing an established book of business from existing vendor, manufacturer, and institutional relationships. The ideal candidate has deep industry connections, a proven track record of high-volume equipment financing production, and the ability to seamlessly transition and expand relationships under our platform.

This is a senior-level role for a driven, results-oriented professional who can leverage their network to generate immediate deal flow and long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transition and manage an existing book of institutional equipment financing business to our company’s platform.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for high-value vendor, dealer, manufacturer, and institutional accounts.
  • Negotiate, structure, and close financing programs tailored to partner needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share in target verticals.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution and partner satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to enhance brand presence.
  • Provide market intelligence to inform product offerings, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in equipment financing, vendor programs, or institutional relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in bringing and growing a significant book of vendor/manufacturer financing business.
  • Strong negotiation, business development, and account management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of equipment financing structures, credit evaluation, and industry regulations.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Existing network of decision-makers in relevant industries.
