We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Manager to be the face of our company and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This dual-role position combines front desk reception duties and office management responsibilities. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, while also supporting internal teams and managing the overall flow of the office.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment

Office Management:

  • Oversee office supplies inventory and order as needed
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities
  • Support scheduling of meetings and conference rooms
  • Assist with travel arrangements and event planning
  • Maintain records, files, and office systems for efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, office management, or front desk role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
